Profitable Penalty

Today abiding all laws is seen as a taboo, then why are there rules and laws?

The real reason is the profitability by breaking the law!

Case Study 1:
Almost all residential road have become parking lots that to at nights.
Okay lets come to profitability of this problem.
A parking lot (as per law) for a car is 8ft Breath and 16ft Length,
so around 128 Sq.Ft. A cover car parking converted as a Shop (128Sq.ft) fetches around 5000 and more at prime locations.

Now that car is parked on road for free or with meagre penalty

Are you now ready to violate and make some bucks!

Note: Law maker must arrive at penalty such that violations are not profitable.

Brand forcing in Super Store

The hot topic in country now is FDI in retail.

I thought it would be better to share my experience in a super stores.

When I was shopping in a super store for Fresh Cream which was not available in near by retail shop. It found super stores own brand Fresh Cream handy at 4 ft high rack, Where as my brand was kept at the bottom rack(ground level). There was a price difference also. My brand was Rs 4 less on MRP. Happily bought my item.

After a week I found an offer of Rs 10 off on the shops own brand fresh cream.
I preferred my brand and bought it for 6 rupees more than the shops own brand.
Now my mind started to think I could have saved 6 rupees.

A month later, to my dismay my brand was not available at all. I ask the stores for my brand they told my brand is not moving fast.

I only found Shops own brand that to with no offer and MRP raised by 2 rupee.
I was forced to buy that and pay more.

At the end we have a store who become both manufacture and seller. Thus the true spirit of "Maximum Retail Price" is jeopardised.

In super store MRP stand for "Manufactured Retailed Pressure".

Religion is like Language

Religon can be compared to Language.

In each religion god is referred by a name. (Note: Hindusium cannot be considered as a single religion as it is a collection of religion. )

We call God in English. Kadavul in Tamil. Both are same.

Likewise Siva, Jesus, Allah refers to god.
The name of a god various by language
Example:
1. Anjaneya in Tamil is referred as Hanuman.
2. Ganesh is as Vinayak.

We have to be clear on that.
The rules of a religion is like a grammar of a language.
The shape and looks of a god various with religion is like the letters of the languages.

General Public vs Vested Interest

Law are made to protect general public from vested Interest.

First I need to tell some difference with example. You may find it as a class lesson but i think it the need to be told again and again.

Case 1: A speeding vehicle is stop and fine by traffic police. Why do rules and laws for Over Speeding new? To protect walking people and other vehicles from rash driving.

Speeding Vehicle is a Vested Interest Person to go fast to reach his destination soon or to enjoy fast driving.
Traffic Police is upholding the law on behalf of General Public.
General Public are other vehicles and people on road.

Case 2: An encroachment on road. Action taken by highways/Corporation/Concern Department. To protect the road to make it free for traffic flow and others living on road.

Here person who encroaches is the Vested Interested Person
highways/Corporation/Concern Department are upholding the law on behalf of General Public.
General Public are other people using the road.

Now i made it clear the difference.

Today's scenario is that Law Maker's who represent general public are mostly business men. Business men, Now politician need more profit(Vested interest) so they try to bend law to benefit them and affect common man at large(General Public).

What are the general public at large have in common - Employment!
He is either employee in company/government or self-employed.

Is an employee in a position to contest election and represent his people without affecting his livelihood?
The big answer is NO!
But in other hand his boss can do so.

Think this is the root cause of all evil and corruption in our country!

People at work (Indian Inc vs MNC)

When i was walking in my area(even though i walk very little) i found a man-hole broken fallen inside the drainage. A week later i found it closed with cement, i was happy that it was closed as it was in the turning of the road that too in almost middle. Few day later i found it broken, when i peeped inside i was astonished by the way it was covered by a kadapa tile and closed with cement instead of steal rods. When i was discussing this with my dad he said that keeping manhole at that place itself is wrong. The engineers/supervisors at the desk are too lazy to inspect the work. There lazyness has been carried down from supervisors to daily wage workers.

On the other hand i am seeing people working for MNC and Private Corp with western management and HR polices being made as slave who toil(of course mentally) for more than 8 hrs(The perscribed working hour/day).

The people working for INDIA INC think they are King and as the probe "Ellarum in Naatu Mannarkal(All in this country are kings)".

The people working for MNC think they work for Rulers and are convinced (subconsciously) that they are still slaves.

Gandhi inside us!

Many people think that people do not follow the foot steps of Gandhi.
But i vary from that every Indian law breaker follows Gandhi.
The non-Cooperative movement is still going on!

The fundamental mind set to disobey the government it from our father of nation.

This is what we call backfire!

Be Indian and enjoy the freedom!

Save oil Vs One-Way

Since i live in chennai i speak about T.Nagar-Usman Road(a commercial street) where almost all shop have no parking facility within their site, which has forced the customers to park on the road. The parking requirement is so huge, therefore even the road is made as a One-Way forcing the general vehicles passing the road to travel about 2 Km more!
Since i love math i want to make the number big!
Lets see how
let's assume that every minute there is a car which is traveling 2Km more because of the one-way in usman road. About 1440 cars a day!
About 2880 Km. Let us assume 10 km pl for a car!
It is about 288 Liters of valuable Petro per dayl!
Thats about 105120 Liters a year!
A liter @Rs 50 means Rs.52,56,000/-
Year after year genral public is paying this penality!

In Tamil "Paavam oru Pakkam, Pazhi oru Pakkam"

Mistake is done by some one but Penality is paid by others

wow, what a genorus people we are!
Paying for others mistake.
